It's great to be home, and I was thrilled to see my replacement video card waiting for me. I popped that baby in and DAOC never looked so good.... I let the game run idle for awhile to test it and I'll be d**ned.... my comp goes crazy again. Same exact problems. You know how your toon naturally sways back and forth when standing still? It's like the game can't keep up or something after awhile. RAM usage jumps through the roof and my toons "twitch." Twitch as in sway to the left/right and then JOLT to the other side. keyboard keys become slow to respond, I.E. if I hit the autorun key nothing happens, if I hold the auto run key I'll eventually start moving. When I pan camera, my toon turns slightly with the panning and I can see my mouse cursor flickering on the screen. 3D grass in any zone dissapears and re-appears in front of my eyes predominately when i'm moving through the terrain. i suspect my RAM now but wtf... i'm lost. it's obviously a memory leak of some kind but i dont know where to. or maybe my motherboard keeps eating videocards. It's time to grab my rookie ankles and hand PC Club tech's a tube of KY and my computer. Welcome home to me!

Fresh re-install of everything, then troubleshoot each piece of hardware piece by piece. That's the only way anyone would do it efficiently Grats on getting home
